Andrew is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of experience in real estate investing, residential mortgage finance, and sales. Prior to joining PLG Estates, Andrew worked with Burch Properties for several years, leading their investment group, and worked to acquire dozens of single family homes within Los Angeles county, which were rehabbed and sold for an annualized ROI of well over 100%.
