Matthew Breliant is a third generation real property investor. After successfully maintaining and growing a nation wide real estate investment portfolio, Matthew decided to take his career to the next level and head the newly founded PLG Commercial.
Matthew was born and raised in Beverly Hills but chose to attend college on the east coast after being recruited for football. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in international business and organizational communication.
Back in Los Angeles, he began his career at a community development firm where he learned building strategy, investments, and property value. He later joined Sawyer Construction, a development consultation firm that handled cases ranging from renovated terminals at LAX to statewide franchise acquisitions.
Matthew attributes his charisma to his mother and business sense to his father. No matter the origin, his personable service, strong ethics, and professionalism won him over with clients everywhere.
